Engaged Missionary Doctor Got Unexpected Predicament
Dulce has been set to join medical missions going to China. Later, she got engaged to a fellow medical doctor by the name Joel. Joel is just a green-horned doctor who specialized in EENT treatment while Dulce is a paediatrician. This medical mission in China is organized by Red Cross National and back up by the government. And because of the typhoons and earthquakes recently the dates is always postponed. Their wedding day is fast approaching, so they need to prepare for it. They have processed applications in civil registrar while waiting for this medical mission. After two weeks, the Red Cross announced that they will be leaving next week. Only then, they have realized that they have to process their passport marriage certificate. The rush procedure will take them seven working days, an impossible to accomplish before departure. Joel thought he will not be affected because his name remains as is. He didn’t realize that his status needs to be changed too. Both of them need a new passport if they want to go. They have got an unexpected predicament.

There are thousands each year that come to our country seeking asylum for various reasons. I have nothing at all against this as some of the poor people have terrible lives in their own country and need to get jobs and can’t. For all of the jobs in this country that are available, there are many people not willing to apply for them, the people coming into the country are more than grateful to apply for them so i do not understand why some people raise an eyebrow at this. It makes sense to give immigration help to people willing to work when others who already live here get the opportunity to work and are just too lazy to try. In some cases, i have seen foreign workers who have come to work over in our country and i am so ashamed to say they actually want to work and do a better job than some of the people today in employment! It is fact that the people who moan about the situation with people coming over from other countries getting jobs, normally are the people who do not want to work.
