Saving My Email

It is so important that I save my email communications. I mean, next to phone calls and text messages, email is truly how I communicate with most of my clients. My personal communication either goes through my smart phone or my Facebook account, but my email? It is an incredibly important business tool. Because it is so very important, I take extra steps to back it up. If I need to go back through my archives and prove that I did make communication with a supplier back in January of 2009, I need to know that email is still available.
