It Doesn't Matter if You're Black or White

When I saw the article about a skin whitening procedure I immediately had to stop and give it a second look. I thought it meant like a Michael Jackson transformation for black to white, and then I realized that it was primarily for older adults with aging spots, or anyone with birth type marks that they would like to seem less visible on their body.
