Halitosis is something that has plagued us for as long as humans can remember and has been something that we’ve tried to fix for the longest time. With this in mind, there are plenty of products out there that have been created in order to quickly and effectively cure bad breath. However, most of them are questionable in how well they work. These home remedies may help to lessen, or possibly get rid of, your bad breath. With that in mind, here they are:
First of all, tongue scraping. You don’t need anything except for a metal spoon. Take your spoon and, using the edge, gently scrape your tongue. This might take a little while, but you should notice very thick white stuff and not so thick white stuff coming off of your tongue onto your spoon-these are dead skin cells from your tongue. Which harbors loads of bacteria! (Gross!) Next, watch what you eat. You never know how much someone you know can smell that garlic! These are a few of the simplest home remedies! And all you have to do after scraping your tongue is use mouthwash and brush your teeth really good!
